Rudda Automations

About Rudda Automations

We're an AI and automation consultancy based in Nottingham, helping small and medium-sized businesses across the East Midlands work smarter — without the jargon, the hype, or the risk.

Our Story

Rudda Automations was built around a straightforward observation: most businesses don't need more technology. They need the right technology, set up properly, by someone who takes the time to understand how they actually work.

We started by helping local SMBs cut through the noise around AI — answering honest questions, running practical training, and building simple automations that made a real difference from day one. That's still what we do.

Whether a client needs a team training session, a full AI readiness audit, a custom-built agent, or a completely offline AI system for handling sensitive data — we approach every project the same way: understand the problem first, build only what's needed, and make sure it lasts.

Where We Are

Based in Ruddington, Nottingham — working with businesses across the East Midlands and beyond.

Our Values

Security First

Every workflow we build has data protection at its core. We don't bolt security on at the end — it's built in from the start, and for sensitive use cases, we keep everything off the cloud entirely.

Practical Over Flashy

We care about results you can feel, not demos that look impressive. If it doesn't make your working day noticeably easier, we haven't finished.

Honest Guidance

We'll tell you when AI is the right answer — and when it isn't. No upselling, no jargon, no hype. Just straight advice from people who know the technology and understand your business.
